Vermont’s Free & Referral Clinics (VFRC) is the state association of Vermont’s free clinics. We represent our members in state-level conversations about health policy, advocate for free clinics and the patients they serve, and provide our members with funding and technical assistance. Our Board of Directors is made up of a representative from each of our eight member clinics. Founded in 1995, VFRC was known as the Vermont Coalition of Clinics for the Uninsured (VCCU) until 2019.
The statewide VFRC organization marked its 25th anniversary in 2020.
