In Middlebury, clinics are held at 100 Porter Drive each Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and one Friday morning each month, from 9am-12pm, to accommodate those who work evenings.

About the Clinic
The Open Door Clinic provides access to free, quality healthcare services to those who are uninsured or underinsured in a compassionate, respectful and culturally sensitive manner until a permanent health care provider can be established.
Care at the Open Door Clinic is provided by a rotating staff of volunteer health care providers and others from our community who generously donate their time because they believe in what we are doing. Volunteers include physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, mental health providers, physical therapists, registered dietitians, dentists, and administrative assistants. Volunteer interpreters serve the around 50% of our patients who speak Spanish. The Open Door Clinic receives support from the local United Way, local small foundations and individuals, the State of Vermont, and Porter Medical Center.

La clínica Open Door brinda acceso a servicios de atención médica gratuitos y de calidad a quienes no tienen seguro o tienen un seguro insuficiente de una manera compasiva, respetuosa y culturalmente sensible hasta que se pueda establecer un proveedor de atención médica permanente.
La atención en la clínica Open Door es brindada por un personal rotativo de proveedores de atención médica voluntarios y otras personas de nuestra comunidad que donan generosamente su tiempo porque creen en lo que estamos haciendo. Los voluntarios incluyen médicos, enfermeras practicantes, enfermeras, técnicos de emergencias médicas, proveedores de salud mental, fisioterapeutas, dietistas registrados, dentistas y asistentes administrativos. Los intérpretes voluntarios atienden al alrededor de 50% de nuestros pacientes que hablan español.
